📦 1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns/refunds only if:
The product is damaged or leaked during delivery
You receive a wrong product
⚠️ We do not accept returns/refunds if:
The product is opened, used, or tampered by the customer
The product is defective due to improper storage after delivery
The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

All return/refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Any requests beyond this period will not be eligible.
